Giovany M.
★★★★★
"Exceptional service from start to finish. My order got a little messy and I made a few mistakes, but they were so accommodating. The bed smells like fresh wood and looks perfect in my son's room."
Melanie
★★★★★
"We bought a chair and snapped a leg while assembling it. Emailed the team and couldn't believe the service. They got back to us right away, sent a replacement leg, and it was here in a couple of days."
Heidi E.
★★★★★
"Stylish and well made. We furnished a whole cottage and almost everything showed up within a couple of weeks. One piece arrived damaged, I sent photos, and a replacement was on its way within days. Couldn't be happier."
Beverley
★★★★★
"Great experience, no issues at all. Ordered new dining chairs and they showed up faster than I expected. They're beautifully made and went together in minutes. Can't fault them in any way."
Rita C.
★★★★★
"I ordered a cabinet and they told me which week it would arrive, then called the week before with the exact date and a window. It came earlier in the day, which was perfect. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly."
Jolanda
★★★★★
"Ordering online was amazing from start to finish. I got the sectional and barstools, and the team reached out a week or two later to schedule. Delivery landed right on time and they placed everything in the room I'd chosen. Will order again for sure."
Jkay G.
★★★★★
"We redecorated our whole place: two couches, a caramel arm chair, a rug, curtains, and a wood dining table. Prices were fair and the quality is so much higher than the big-box stuff. The couches have removable, washable covers and the arm chair is incredibly comfortable. Best shopping experience I've had in ages."
Katheryne
★★★★★
"Bought a small table and chairs for our kitchenette and I'm really pleased. There was a bit of a wait, but it was communicated up front and I wasn't in a rush. The design is genuinely stylish and exactly what the photos showed."
Gian Carlo
★★★★★
"Honestly didn't expect ordering furniture online to be this easy. Clear updates the whole way through, and the piece itself feels genuinely premium. Already planning my next order."

ABOUT ALTERA HOME DESIGN

No showroom. No markups. Just high-quality furniture.

Traditional furniture retail layers cost upon cost before a piece ever reaches your home. Showrooms, warehouses, distributors, and sales staff all add to the final price you pay. At Altera, we took a different approach entirely. By operating 100% online with no physical stores and no middlemen, we eliminate those hidden markups and pass the savings directly to you. Every dollar you spend goes toward the quality of the furniture itself, not the overhead behind it.

Too many people settle for cheap, disposable furniture that needs replacing every few years, and that cycle is not just costly, it is wasteful. At Altera, we believe your home deserves better. Every piece in our collection is crafted with premium materials and built to stand the test of time, so you buy once and enjoy it for decades. Choosing quality furniture is not just a smarter financial decision, it is a more responsible one. Less waste, less consumption, and a home filled with pieces that actually last. With Altera, you never have to choose between doing right by your home and doing right by the planet.
